I was in the buiding which i felt as a theatre. It has elevator (maybe two of them) and stairs. It has two or three levels accesible by elevator. In the middle of the building was void. i tried to create connection to the third level for my cat, which has dies week ago (in the real world). When I created for her stair, ladder etc i use elevator and get to the third level. But she cannot reach that level and I lost her between levels. In the building there were mirrors, sometimes they were against each other. I tried to see myself in the mirror and I didnt see anything. Some mirrors were broken
Dreams often serve as a mirror reflecting our psychological state, emotions, and unresolved feelings. Your dream involving a theater-like building, your deceased cat, and the theme of connection and reflections is rich with symbolism. Let's break down some of the key elements:
The Theater Setting: The setting being a theater suggests that you may feel as though you are performing or playing a role in your everyday life. A theater often symbolizes a space of creativity and expression but can also indicate feelings of being on display. This suggests that you might be grappling with issues related to identity or how you present yourself to the world. The multi-level aspect of the building may represent different layers of consciousness or emotional facets—perhaps you're exploring deeper aspects of your psyche or grappling with emotional complexity in your waking life.
Elevators and Stairs: Both elevators and stairs symbolize your journey in life and your aspirations. Elevators, often linked with quick movement, suggest your desires for upward mobility in emotional, professional, or spiritual domains. Stairs, on the other hand, evoke a slower, more deliberate progression. Your attempts to connect the third level for your cat indicate a desire to bridge the gap between your emotional state (with the loss of your cat) and perhaps a higher awareness or acceptance of this loss.
The Cat: In many cultures, cats symbolize independence, intuition, and mystery. Since your cat has recently passed away in real life, her presence in the dream highlights your grief and longing for connection. Attempting to create a way for her to reach the third level suggests a yearning to reconnect with her spirit and an exploration of your feelings of loss. Losing her in the void between levels can signify the feelings of confusion and helplessness that often accompany grief.
The Mirrors: Mirrors often reflect our self-image and perceptions. In your dream, the presence of mirrors may indicate your struggles with self-perception and identity, especially following your cat’s death. The fact that you could not see yourself in the mirror could represent feelings of disconnection or loss of self after experiencing a significant loss. Broken mirrors can symbolize shattered illusions or aspects of yourself that you feel have been damaged or disrupted.
The Void: The void in the middle of the building may symbolize emptiness or unresolved feelings surrounding the loss of your cat. It is a space that feels absent or negative, reflecting a void left in your life due to grief. This dream may be urging you to confront those feelings and find a way to process them.
Overall Interpretation: In summary, your dream may be highlighting your struggle with grief, the quest for connection, and a search for self-identity following a loss. You are likely processing your emotions related to your cat's passing while navigating the complexities of those feelings. The dream encourages you to confront these emotions, seek healing, and perhaps acknowledge the need to redefine your identity in the absence of an important presence in your life. It suggests that it’s okay to allow yourself to feel lost sometimes but encourages you to seek ways to reconnect with the meaningful aspects your cat represented in your life.
